Google Pixel 9 Pro Now Available in Malaysia Starting at RM5,199
Google first introduced its Pixel 9 series in Malaysia in August. However, the Pro model was notably absent from the launch. Now, the Pixel 9 Pro has officially arrived in the country and is available through authorized retailers. However, at the time of writing, not all variants are accessible.
For instance, both the Shopee and Lazada official stores currently offer only the 256GB and 512GB storage versions of the Google Pixel 9 Pro. These models are priced at RM5,699 and RM6,299, respectively.
Urban Republic, another authorized seller, lists the 128GB model for RM5,199, alongside the two higher-storage variants. It’s worth mentioning that all three storage options come with a RM900 rebate voucher, although the expiration date of this offer is unclear.
Interestingly, none of these platforms have the 1TB version, which is mentioned in the Google Pixel 9 Pro’s specifications. Additionally, three other authorized sellers—Senheng, CelcomDigi, and Maxis—have yet to list the Pixel 9 Pro, as of now.
For those needing a quick overview, the Google Pixel 9 Pro shares many of the same features as the Pixel 9 XL. The key differences lie in their sizes and battery capacities. The Pixel 9 Pro sports a 6.3-inch Super Actua OLED display with a resolution of 1280 x 2856, and it houses a 4,700 mAh battery.
