The Infinix Smart 8 Pro is a budget smartphone launched in February 2024. Design and Display
The Infinix Smart 8 Pro is a stylish phone with a glass front, plastic frame, and plastic back. It measures 163.60 mm tall, 75.60 mm wide, and 8.5 mm thick, and weighs 189 grams. It comes in Timber Black, Shiny Gold, Galaxy White, and Rainbow Blue colors.
The Infinix Smart 8 Pro features a large 6.6-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. It has a 90Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and a 90.8% screen-to-body ratio. However, It has no display protection.
Camera Quality
The Smart 8 Pro has a dual-camera system on the back. The main camera is 50MP with an f/1.85 aperture. There’s also a secondary 0.08MP AI camera. The rear camera features Ring LED flash and can record 1080p video at 30 fps.
On the front, there’s an 8MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture for video calls and selfies. The front camera can also record 720p video at 30 fps.
Performance and Battery Life
A MediaTek Helio G36 processor and PowerVR GE8320 graphics chip power the Infinix Smart 8 Pro. It comes in variants with 4GB or 8GB of RAM and 64GB or 128GB of storage. The storage can be expanded further using a microSD card (up to 2TB).
The phone runs Android 13 (Go Edition) with XOS 13 on top. It has a built-in 5000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support.
